Heapy Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Raleigh, NC to join our Agile team. You will apply standard design engineering techniques across built-environment projects, collaborating to deliver reliable mechanical systems and solutions.

You will leverage AI and automation as part of day-to-day design work, grow professionally, and contribute to high-quality client outcomes while meeting project deadlines and maintaining strong relationships.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent in a built environment.
• Typically 4+ years of related experience in mechanical engineering systems in the Built Environment.
• Ability to exercise judgement in applying standard design engineering techniques and criteria.
• Experience using various computer software packages and automated mechanical engineering/design equipment.
• FE Certification and working toward PE Registration; PE within 2 years.

Mansioni

• Input data into the model or design tool and understand underlying reasons.
• Collaborate to prepare design details, cost estimates, and calculations.
• Gather and record information for design specifications.
• Review shop drawings, bids, and submittals for compliance with specifications.
• Prepare designs, technical reports, and specifications for review and approval.
• Collaborate on field observations and data collection for designs.
