Responsibilities

• Manage drawings, documentation, and reports for facility and infrastructure projects.
• Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors.
• Design HVAC systems for various facilities including rocket and warehouse spaces.
• Review and resolve field design and construction conflicts.
• Prepare plans and bid documents for piping, HVAC, and related systems.
