Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
Strong design, analysis, troubleshooting and project management skills.
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and tooling for composite production.
Drive safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost improvements.
Support new product introductions and scale-up to production.
Lead capital projects including specifications, vendors, installation, and budgeting.
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist maintenance and reliability initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers.
