Role Description

The Mechanical Engineer will participate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building types. Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• 3‑5+ years of experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
• Mechanical engineer with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for commercial construction, including preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
• Experience in designing projects valued at over $5 million in construction cost
• Must be able to prepare deliverables including: calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Detailed knowledge of general building construction and mechanical systems is essential
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LEED BD+C and CxA certification is a bonus
