Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering background with relevant HVAC design experience.
  • Residential building HVAC design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with HAP, TRACE load calculation software.
  • Strong knowledge of duct pressure and ventilation calculations.
  • Experience taking HVAC designs from load calculations through filing/construction.
  • Experience with VRF, split systems, PTAC, and DOAS.
  • Familiarity with current NYC codes.
