Rise Technical in Texas seeks a results-driven engineer to oversee production planning, manufacturing workflows, and technical performance while troubleshooting mechanical issues and improving processes.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, manage ERP production data and maintenance activities, and uphold quality and safety standards to drive production efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in machine shops, industrial manufacturing, tooling, or electronics manufacturing is ideal.

• Oversee production planning and manufacturing workflows to optimize throughput.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, technical manufacturing experience, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes; experience in machine shops, industrial manufacturing, tooling, or electronics manufacturing is ideal.
