Job summary

Bazooka Farmstar is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and review procedures and equipment across the manufacturing process. You will research techniques, test new systems for efficiency, and plan optimization of production to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules and specifications, driving cost analyses, and supporting continuous improvement projects with tooling and equipment enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or related field.
  • Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs.

  • Generate cost analysis and metrics calculations.
  • Supply, manage and analyze systems and machinery, if applicable.
  • Align to company mission, values and comply with safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or related field.
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods.
