Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager (PE) to lead the design of complex building systems, manage multidisciplinary projects, and mentor engineers.

The role covers HVAC/mechanical design for commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, industrial and mixed-use facilities, guiding projects from proposal through construction and ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed PE is required.
• 10+ years of MEP mechanical design experience.
• Experience managing multiple building projects.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and mechanical system design for a range of projects.

• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
