Actalent seeks a hands-on R&D engineer to lead the design and development of prototypes, directing the engineering process and documenting 3D designs. The role emphasizes strong mechanical design skills, steel fabrication, and SolidWorks proficiency.

The candidate should have R&D background and may be pursuing PE status, with FE exam preferred. A focus on prototype testing, documentation, and collaboration with manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• Preference is given to candidates who have passed the FE Exam and aim to become a Professional Engineer.
