Job responsibilities

• Championing safety, environmental compliance, and risk prevention through equipment design, process improvements, and leadership.


• Provide technical leadership for the optimization of tissue converting equipment and processes.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.


• Proficiency in SAP and experienced in asset maintenance and reliability programs.


• Knowledge of the following Process Technologies: Merging Tissue‑making Applications contributing to Converting Processes.


• Winding and Web Handling experience.


• OEM Equipment Design.


• Experience in: Infrastructure systems maintenance, TALCM (Total Asset Life Cycle Maximization), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), SMED (Single‑Minute Exchange of Die) process, and/or Project management certification.
