Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Leader for Personal Care in Alabama to drive strategic plans and execute site-level initiatives. Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; proficient with PM tools.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Collaborate with the Senior Manufacturing and Manufacturing Transformation Director to develop and implement strategic plans for the manufacturing sites. Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support Mfg. strategy deployment process in addition to providing support for facility 5-year SBP.

Operations Leadership and Management
  • Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing teams.
  • Provide business process ownership for the NA Mfg. Management System (Accountability processes, Strategy Deployment, Leader standard work)
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the Senior Manufacturing Director in meetings and communications as needed.
Operations Support
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for the Sr. Mfg. Director.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manufacturing Cost Transformation Program ownership
  • Provide leadership and direction for manufacturing cost transformation activities, including the development and implementation of strategies and the plans to achieve.
  • Own development of a 3-year pipeline of cost savings initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate workshops as needed to facilitate the generation of programming ideas to close current year gaps and fill future pipeline.

To Succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications
  • BA or BS required, MBA or MS preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience, ideally with experience in several functions and/or areas of supply chain.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven track record of driving results and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence mill manager and senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Working Conditions

Normal scheduled hours will vary based on the need to support a 24/7 Operation. Flexibility to travel up to 15% for benchmarking and best practice sharing across North America. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
