PEKO Precision Products invites a Mechanical Engineer to support the NPI division in designing and developing cutting-edge technology, new products, and automation for OEMs and startups. You will tackle design and manufacturing challenges using CAD, FEA, and hands-on testing, under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions, participate in customer meetings, and travel up to 5 days per year as required.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will support the NPI (New Product Introduction) division in the design and development of cutting‑edge technology, new products, processes, and automation for OEMs and startups. This role provides expertise to solve, design, process, and manufacturing challenges using various tools of the trade, including CAD, FEA, and other hands‑on activities.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.
