We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conducting technical reviews of mechanical design documents, designing facilities and buildings, collaborating with various teams, and conducting field/site visits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EIT/PE certification is a plus.
• Experience with HVAC system design and system selection.

Work Environment

This position offers flexible work schedules starting between 6am-8am. You will work directly onsite at the client site in Indian Head, MD, reporting to both ERG and the client. The role involves reviewing existing buildings, designing RFPs, and performing technical analysis for a large government project. You will work onsite four days a week and have the flexibility to work from home one day. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
