Job summary

Wistron is seeking a hands-on mechanical design engineer to lead server-related product development and support NPI activities. You will create and maintain 3D/2D drawings, specifications, and development documentation, while performing DFM/DFA reviews and managing the mechanical BoM.

In this role you will assist with pilot builds, assembly processes, testing, and analysis of mechanical issues, and work directly with customers to align designs and drive product development forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical R&D experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo.
• Experience with Windchill PLM.
• Strong knowledge of molding, machining, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining drawings, BoMs, and design documentation.
