The team works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and regional engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions for customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software, with technical review and approval from senior engineers.
  • Perform basic mechanical calculations and engineering analyses to support equipment design, modifications, and improvements.
  • Develop technical knowledge of vertical roller mills and other industrial equipment, including their design, fabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Support engineering activities from initial proposal development through project execution and equipment delivery.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, and project teams during proposal preparation, troubleshooting, and project execution.
  • Participate in customer visits, equipment inspections, site assessments, troubleshooting, and installation support alongside experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, suppliers, and regional teams to identify and resolve technical, manufacturing, and operational challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, technical documentation, and other project deliverables in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized engineering solutions, templates, specifications, and technical tools that improve consistency and reduce engineering and proposal effort.
  • Participate in value engineering and product improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Support configure-price-quote (CPQ) systems, design automation, and engineering process improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, regulations, industry practices, and company procedures under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and technical specialists to strengthen mechanical design capabilities, product knowledge, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance engineering quality, efficiency, processes, products, and customer service.
  • Complete assigned engineering deliverables accurately and on schedule, incorporating technical feedback and meeting established project and quality requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
You bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience; internship, academic project, or practical experience in machine design, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related engineering environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or comparable 3D modeling and 2D drafting software.
  • Foundational understanding of mechanical engineering principles, engineering drawings, mechanical calculations, and basic engineering analysis.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, equipment design concepts, and technical specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable engineering standards and regulations, with an interest in developing additional expertise.
  • Ability and willingness to learn how industrial equipment is designed, manufactured, installed, operated, and maintained.
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, attention to detail, and technical problem-solving abilities.
