Fuller Technologies is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Pyro & Grinding to grow our North American business with cement producers. You’ll blend technical insight with commercial strategy to uncover opportunities, engage customers, and drive proposals, negotiations, and project awards.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, travel across the territory, and build lasting customer partnerships while advancing sustainability and operational efficiency in cement plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or industrial process technologies.
• Experience within the cement industry or other heavy industrial markets is strongly preferred.
• Background in technical sales, applications engineering, proposal engineering, process engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence customers at multiple levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across a large territory.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.

About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager – Pyro & Grinding, you'll be responsible for growing our business by developing new opportunities and expanding relationships with cement producers throughout your territory. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development, contract negotiation, and project award.

Working closely with engineering, proposal, project execution, and service teams around the world, we partner with customers to solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results.
