Job summary

NuAire, Inc. is seeking a reliable assembler to join our manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly of standard and custom products using hand and power tools, wiring components, and assembly drawings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience, can read blueprints, and works well independently or on a team. Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a pay range of $22–$25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform complete product assembly from start to finish
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Install, route, and connect wiring and electrical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and tape measures accurately
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
