Job summary

NuAire, Inc. is seeking a reliable assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform both mechanical and electrical assembly of standard and custom products, using hand tools, power tools, wiring components, and assembly drawings.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or production experience and can work independently while upholding quality and safety standards. This full-time role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
• Experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform complete product assembly from start to finish.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Install, route, and connect wiring and electrical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and tape measures accurately.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
