Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is a plus for HVAC or similar.
• Able to read measuring devices, instructions, and basic blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC units and components using hand and power tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Install components such as wiring, motors, fans, coils, compressors, and controls as needed.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and compliance.
• Report defects or issues to supervisors and assist with troubleshooting.
