Job summary

Aerotek in Chaska, MN is seeking a dedicated assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, measure materials, and build quality radiators and coils in a clean, modern facility using hand and power tools.

This permanent, onsite role offers 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–1:00 AM shifts, with direct-hire and advancement into welding, CNC, and fabrication roles after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble radiators and radiator coils from blueprints and work orders
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand and power tools
• Use drills and fasteners to secure parts and assemblies
• Perform quality inspections and verify measurements
• Operate basic production and fabrication equipment
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area through 5S practices
