Saronic Technologies seeks a Mechanical CAD Drafter to turn concepts into detailed production drawings for complex marine systems. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks, including tolerances and material specs, collaborating with engineers and naval architects.
You will maintain CAD databases, support design reviews, and ensure manufacturability and compliance with MIL-SPEC/DoD standards while coordinating with fabricators for production and prototyping.

As a Mechanical CAD Drafter, you’ll work closely with mechanical engineers and naval architects to turn conceptual designs into highly detailed, production-ready drawings. You'll own the creation and maintenance of mechanical part and assembly drawings for complex systems, including hull structures, mechanical enclosures, mounting systems, propulsion components, and internal mechanical assemblies.
