Job summary

STEM Talent Solutions seeks an Entry or Mid Level Mechanical Drafter / CAD Designer to produce detailed fabrication drawings for industrial products. You will translate design requirements into accurate technical drawings and support manufacturing teams.

Applicants should be proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, with the ability to read blueprints, perform precise drafting, and apply strong mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
• Drafting Technology certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
