• Experience leading engineering projects and completing two or more cycles.
• Experience developing test plans and analyzing results to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical development for rotary screw air ends from concept through production.
• Define specifications and conduct technical design reviews.
• Execute projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Develop test plans, analyze results, and generate technical reports.
