Job summary

GROB Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and detail CNC machining centers, automation, and robotics in collaboration with designers. You will detail parts using 2-D drawings, GD&T, and NX, and communicate with machinists and assemblers to ensure accurate production releases.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, strong math and mechanics knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD; NX is a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings
• Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher)
• Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Knowledge of ISO, DIN standards and metric system
• Strong knowledge of static and dynamic mechanics
• Proficient use of NX is a plus
