Job summary

Benchmark Group is seeking a Mechanical Designer to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. You will train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform design tasks, with strong REVIT emphasis.

The role requires proficiency in REVIT (and AutoCAD), a mechanical engineering background, and the ability to deliver designs within budget and client standards. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1 year of work experience in the design industry OR any combination of education and work experience that is equivalent to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform design tasks.

• Work within budget guidelines and client standards; may require minimal travel.
