Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1 year of work experience in design OR equivalent to 5 years
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
• Specialized experience in mechanical design and creating design documents

Responsibilities

• Produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform design tasks.
• Design and develop construction documents using REVIT for multiple project types.
• Work with budget guidelines and client standards with minimal supervision
