Join is looking for a Building Designer to create accurate, professional drawings for a variety of construction projects. You’ll work with sales, estimating, design, and project management to turn project information into clear, buildable drawing sets.

Projects range from early proposals to detailed construction documents for agricultural, residential, and light commercial buildings. This role suits someone who enjoys technical work, attention to detail, and figuring out how buildings go

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills and experience creating construction drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, dimensions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative with sales, estimating, PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Revit models.
• Produce proposal drawings and construction drawing packages.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Revise drawings as project requirements change.
• Coordinate drawings with sales, estimating, and project management.
• Review project information for accuracy and constructability.
• Help maintain Revit templates, standards, and drafting best practices.
• Organize drawing files and project documentation.
• Assist with design development and technical problem-solving.
• Learn and implement new drafting tools and workflows.
