Job summary

Benchmark Group is seeking a Mechanical Designer to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. You will train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform design tasks, with strong REVIT emphasis.

The role requires proficiency in REVIT (and AutoCAD), a mechanical engineering background, and the ability to deliver designs within budget and client standards. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum

Summary

The Mechanical Designer will utilize mechanical design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. Designers will train and work with licensed professionals on a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects. The ability to efficiently complete sophisticated prototypical design for multiple types of buildings and Clients with little to no supervision is strongly desired. Designers will need to perform within budget guidelines and Client standards in a progressive manner. This position may require minimal travel.
