As a Mechanical Designer, you will develop detailed piping and mechanical equipment and systems designs, layouts, and 3D models for power plants, carbon capture facilities, and related projects. Responsibilities include designing systems such as steam cycle, boiler feed, condensate, water treatment, fuel handling, hydraulic, heat transfer, conveying, or air and gas systems.

Kiewit Power Engineers works on diverse projects across North America, including gas-fired generation, power delivery, environmental retrofits, renewables, and water/wastewater. This position is based in the Charlotte, NC Metro area with flexible hybrid work options. Occasional travel to Lenexa, Kansas, is required.
