Job summary

HFA in Bentonville, AR, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to design HVAC and plumbing systems and develop construction documents across project phases. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and project leads to ensure design integrity.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, understanding Trane Trace, and knowledge of energy considerations and building codes to deliver compliant and efficient systems.

Qualifications

• Experience independently developing designs and construction documents.
• Strong ability to solve design challenges and meet project demands.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for drafting and modeling.
• Understanding of Trane Trace, mechanical/plumbing standards and codes, and energy considerations.
