Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering with 2 years of related work experience.
Technical/Associate Degree with 3 years of related work experience.
High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary designer on a project from kick-off to construction completion.
Coordinate all design aspects with other disciplines.
Provide schematic design information and equipment cut sheets to Project Manager.
Make calculations using engineering formulas and software for design.
Research and select equipment based on experience and fill out schedules.
Prepare drawings and sketches for final drawings.
Incorporate design concepts into development and production documents.
Organize and maintain project files and ensure neat work area.
