Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design of building systems.
• Proficient in Revit for design and drawings.
• Ability to develop, implement, and draft construction documents.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of national standards such as IMC, IPC, and ASHRAE.
• Familiarity with design software such as Trane Trace.
• Basic understanding of energy codes and their impact on design.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Develop construction documents and drawings in Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Support project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform quality control reviews of design documents.
• Participate in client coordination and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support projects involving large distribution centers and complex team coordination.
