Job summary

LHH in Pittsburgh seeks a Mechanical Designer to create detailed 3D models and drawings for industrial equipment and retrofit projects, integrating piping and support components. Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Currently in a dedicated Mechanical Designer role.
• Ability to manage several active projects with attention to detail and project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and mechanical designs for industrial equipment, process systems, and retrofit projects.
• Develop layouts, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
• Design and integrate mechanical equipment, piping systems, and supporting components into larger plant or process environments.
• Support multiple engineering projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and documentation standards.
