Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC or mechanical design experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HVAC and plumbing system layouts for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Create construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Assist with HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations, and equipment sizing.
  • Perform field investigations and document existing conditions.
  • Coordinate designs with architectural, electrical, civil, and structural teams.
  • Prepare schedules, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Participate in QA/QC reviews and implement design revisions.
  • Support projects from concept development through construction documentation.

We're looking for a Mechanical Designer who enjoys turning engineering concepts into high-quality construction documents while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and designers across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop HVAC and plumbing system layouts for new construction and renovation projects
  • Create construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Assist with HVAC load calculations, ventilation calculations, and equipment sizing
  • Perform field investigations and document existing conditions
