You will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, working within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Your key duties will include:

  • Producing detailed layouts, specifications, and design documentation for new product initiatives, as well as modifications of existing designs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals approved by senior management.
  • Developing comprehensive Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) based on client specifications and integrating these into product layouts and Bills of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Utilizing advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools including AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor to create and iterate on mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring precision and manufacturability.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of engineering change processes including creation, review, and implementation of Design Notifications and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to maintain product integrity and compliance.
  • Maintaining and organizing comprehensive engineering documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and accessibility for cross-functional teams and audits.
  • Ensuring all designed products comply with applicable local, national, and industry safety codes and standards, while meeting the company’s quality, economic, performance, and safety benchmarks.
  • Engaging actively in prototyping phases, testing protocols, and production line setup to validate designs and facilitate smooth transitions to manufacturing.
