Job summary

HyAxiom, Inc. is seeking an engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of mechanical, structural, thermal, and site-interface systems for hydrogen generation systems.

You will own product-side site integration of modules, coordinating interfaces, layouts, installation requirements, and utilities from concept through deployment. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of related field experience.
• MA/MS degree with 6+ years of related field experience.
• Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree; site interfaces preferred.
• Experience coordinating between product engineering and civil/structural teams.

Responsibilities

• Design components to meet all functional requirements from concept to production.
• Own site integration of product modules, including interfaces, layout, and installation envelopes.
• Coordinate product-side civil/site interface requirements for modular product installation.
• Lead cross-functional integration reviews to align with site requirements and product architecture.
• Review site layout drawings and installation details to identify design impacts and risks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and suppliers to implement new designs and transition plans.
• Ensure designs are validated and documented prior to production release.
• Utilize root-cause techniques to drive corrective actions.
• Translate site integration requirements into product design inputs and documentation.
