Leidos’ Defense Systems Mechanical Design & Analysis Department in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a mechanical design engineer to lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Low Band Surveillance radar program. Preferred candidates bring an ABET-accredited engineering degree, 12+ years of experience or 10+ with an MS, and proficiency in SolidWorks.
Leidos’ Defense Systems Mechanical Design & Analysis Department is seeking a mechanical design engineer to join our team in Huntsville Alabama designing the next generation of radars to protect America and its allies. You will lead an Integrate Product Team (IPT) as they develop the Low Band Surveillance (LBS) product.
You will direct the technical work of a team of engineers, ensuring their work meets program requirements, schedule milestones, and budget constraints. Technical depth and understanding of execution are essential to coordinate between subsystem leads and ensure alignment across the team.
