You will support mechanical tasks under supervision and gain hands-on experience in a DoD/aerospace context. The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and detail orientation, with a base hourly rate of $20–$25 depending on experience and education.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mechanical Engineering coursework including thermal analysis and design
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
