Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical & Design Engineering Manager to lead the Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Design teams in developing and deploying advanced manufacturing solutions.

You will oversee the design, validation, and continuous improvement of fixtures, gauges, automated tests, and tooling for remanufacturing operations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of mechanical design, robotics, motion control, hydraulics, and manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
6-10 years of progressive engineering/management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical Engineers, Designers, Technicians).
Establish standards, roadmaps and best practices for mechanical design and automation.
Direct design of tooling, fixtures, gauges, ergonomic devices, assembly equipment, and automated test systems.
Lead automation initiatives including robotics, servo motion, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine safety.
Manage capital equipment projects from concept through commissioning within scope, schedule, and budget.
Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, hire talent, and build succession plans.
