Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop robust mechanical and structural solutions for semiconductor tool pedestals.

You will extract design values from customer specifications and drawings, apply DFM principles, and create detailed Inventor models and drawings with FEA analyses. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mechanical design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor, and experience with metal fabrication.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor 2018 or newer.
• Experience in metal fabrication and machine shop applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust mechanical and structural solutions for semiconductor tool pedestals.
• Extract and interpret design values from customer specs and drawings.
• Apply DFM to reduce costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Create models and drawings using Inventor; perform FEA analyses.
