Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement design modifications to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics, mechatronics, and automation technologies. Contribute to the development of intellectual property through innovative design solutions. Manage design tasks effectively to meet project timelines in a remote setting.

Requirements

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in robotics or mechatronics. Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on robotics, automation, or complex machinery. Expert proficiency in advanced 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor) and PDM/PLM systems. Strong experience with FEA and dynamic simulation tools for mechanism analysis. Solid understanding of control systems, mechatronics principles, and robotics kinematics/dynamics. Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to design challenges. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, vital for effective remote teamwork. Experience with high-precision mechanisms, actuators, and sensors. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote work environment. Prior experience in a remote engineering role is highly advantageous.
