Job summary

Hadrian is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of custom industrial machinery and automation equipment. This role requires strong CAD skills and hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes while collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mechanical design experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Benefits include full insurance coverage and a flexible vacation policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Understanding of machining, welding, fabrication, assembly processes, and GD&T.
• Experience with designing custom machinery, automation equipment, or robotics.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems, machine assemblies, and tooling using 3D CAD software.
• Create manufacturing drawings and engineering documentation applying GD&T.
• Collaborate across teams for successful execution of designs.
• Support design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
