Job summary

Curry Supply Company in Hollidaysburg, PA, is seeking a Design Engineer with at least three years of mechanical design experience to drive product development from concept to production. You will create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs, collaborating with Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure manufacturability and safety.

The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, familiarity with PDM/PLM systems, and the ability to manage multiple design projects under tight

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent training in mechanical design, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
Experience with 3D CAD and creating engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
Knowledge of GD&T, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes is required.

Responsibilities

Develops detailed 3D models, drawings, and BOMs for new and existing products.
Collaborates with Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Applies GD&T with appropriate tolerances in compliance with industry standards.
Participates in product development from concept through production release.
Maintains design files in PDM/PLM systems and supports prototyping.
Provides technical support to manufacturing during product launch and production.
