Qualifications

• Four-year degree or technical training
• 3+ years of rotating equipment experience
• Minimum 7 years' experience for non-degree
• Self-directed and highly motivated
• Ability to work under pressure in a reactive role
• Flexibility to handle multiple projects at different stages

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Communicate professionally with customers, job site personnel, and internal departments
• Develop and apply technical knowledge of Sundyne products
• Generate competitive rerate quotes and size equipment for new applications
• Prepare technical proposals with datasheets and lubrication/ seal systems
• Provide technical support and modify proposals to secure orders
• Support Aftermarket teams with daily technical and product knowledge
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and customer requests
• Assist with part compatibility, replacement selection, and component design
• Collaborate on quotations, proposals, and order development
• Review POs for compliance with quotes and specs
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and equipment selection
• Travel to support sales channel and customers (<5%)
• Follow safety regulations and complete required training
