Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years in a technical engineering role.
• CAD experience and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical design and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and own team project communication, schedule, and all aspects of design cycle for moderately complex projects and customer orders.
• Provide design competency to industry standards (IEEE, NEC, IEC, ANSI, UL, NEMA, etc.).
• Design products to internal engineering standards and best practices within customer lead time and quality expectations.
• Mentor, train, coach and maintain technical aptitude among design team members.
• Support internal and external customers with technical guidance.
