Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical/Design Engineer to design and develop new products and manufacturing packages. The role covers R&D, industrialization, and technical support for existing and derivative products.

The engineer will lead multiple mechanical design projects, perform design calculations, and develop 3D parts and GD&T drawings using CAD software. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of FEA related to non-linear solid mechanics.
• Experience with design of experiments and applied statistics (Green-Belt preferred).
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop product designs using CAD; perform design calculations.
• Prepare equipment or material specifications.
• Research, design, evaluate and manufacture mechanical products and processes to meet requirements.
• Lead mechanical design of several projects and manage product validation.
• Develop 3D parts and assemblies with GD&T drawings.
