Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years product design experience.
• Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in applied technology.
• Ability to utilize PC design tools to build prototypes and convey design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering for moderate to advanced systems from concept to feasibility.
• Perform design calculations using engineering fundamentals and FEA.
• Develop concept models and build prototypes for validation.
• Coordinate with QA/RA to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Interface with suppliers to estimate model costs and material requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate concept designs to support development decisions.
