Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Knowledge of statics and dynamics, stress, deflection and motor size calculations.
• Experience with fabrication techniques such as machining, welding, water/laser cutting, EDM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and adapt production equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve process efficiency and capacity.
• Create detailed drawings and BOMs; develop maintenance procedures and spare parts plans.
• Lead teams and manage projects to ensure progress toward goals and deliverables.
• Support equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues across teams.
