Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical design with DFM/DFA focus.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX or Creo and PDM/PLM.
• ASME Y14.5 GD&T expertise for drawings and tolerance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design for Scale across product development to maximize throughput and cost-efficiency.
• Create parts and assemblies using welding, machining, injection molding, and composites.
• Produce detailed drawing packages per ASME Y14.5 standards and document process sheets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Tooling, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production bottlenecks.
