Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional mechanical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and tolerancing.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery from concept to final build.
• Ability to create detailed mechanical drawings and production-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design custom automation machinery, mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies.
• Develop concepts and detailed designs based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Create 3D models and drawings with SolidWorks and generate BOMs.
• Develop end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for robotic applications.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams to integrate systems.
• Support prototype development, testing, and customer integration activities.
• Maintain engineering documentation and implement design changes throughout projects.
